Hi, I’m Alvin , a Lead Software Engineer with 11+ years of experience in the IT industry. Over the years, I’ve worked across multiple domains, from application development to DevOps and cloud infrastructure, giving me a complete understanding of how modern IT systems operate end to end.

My career has taken me through challenging enterprise projects where I’ve built CI/CD pipelines, automated cloud environments, and optimized deployments for high-availability systems. These real-world experiences have shaped my approach to teaching — focusing on practical, scenario-based learning that mirrors what engineers face in actual workplaces.

At Annwen Technology, I mentor students through real-time DevOps projects, guiding them to think and work like professionals. Having attended 100+ real interviews, I also share interview strategies, scenario-based questions, and practical insights to help learners become confident and job-ready candidates.
